Servicing Inclusions


Split System Air Conditioning Systems


Split system servicing includes the following


  • Remove fascia panel
  • Clean evap coil
  • Clean fan barrel
  • Clean drain pan and drain
  • Clean condenser coil
  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Wipe unit over
  • Test run unit


Ducted Air Conditioning Systems

Ducted servicing includes the following

  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Clean and check condenser coil
  • Check condenser housing for rust
  • Clean electrical enclosure
  • Check condenser fan operation
  • Check compressor operation
  • Check all mounting bolts
  • Clean return air filters
  • Clean fresh air filters
  • Check and clean evaporator coil
  • Check indoor fan motor operation
  • Check controller operation
  • Check air flow and temperature in each room


Box Air Conditioner/ Room Air Conditioner

Servicing of a box air conditioner includes the following


  • Remove unit from wall casing
  • Remove fascia panel
  • Clean evap coil
  • Clean condenser coil
  • Clean drain pan
  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Test run unit


Reporting

We will provide a full service report after each service. All equipment will be recorded in our asset management system. Any work carried out will be recorded against the asset and stored in the data base as history. This history is available to each tech when scheduled to the job providing them the information needed to carry out future servicing or repairs.

Exclusions

A routine service does not include repair or spare parts. Our customer care team will provide a quote for repair or replacement if needed.
